Hours: 8 till 5 Mon to Fri

The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our client’s team working across SE London and Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a background in social housing to join a long-term, position

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Carpentry repairs and maintenance

• Wet Trades (including tiling) 

• General plumbing repairs

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Social Housing maintenance

• City & Guilds or NVQ in a core trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, etc.)

• Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
