Build Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a small resident-focused housing provider to recruit an experienced Leasehold Specialist.
This is a key role supporting the organisation’s housing portfolio, ensuring high-quality leasehold services, strong resident engagement, and full compliance with leasehold legislation.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders

Manage enquiries relating to service charges, repairs and major works

Lead Section 20 consultation processes

Prepare and review service charge budgets and reconciliations

Handle complex cases, disputes and complaints

Ensure compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation
About You

Proven experience in a leasehold or housing management role

Strong knowledge of service charges and Section 20 requirements

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience within a housing association, local authority or managing agent environment (desirable)
