Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Ealing
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
Benefits: Company van and fuel card
Hours: 42.5 per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm)

Day-to-Day Duties

• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties

• Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing works

• Leak detection and repair

• Installing bath panels, pipework, taps, and associated fittings

• Delivering excellent customer care at all times

• Undertaking general carpentry repairs

• Wall tiling

• Painting and decorating as part of multi-trade works

Role Criteria

• Core trade background in Plumbing or Carpentry

• Experience in plastering, tiling, and painting and decorating

• Previous experience working within social housing

• Full UK driving licence

• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)

To drive a company vehicle, applicants must be aged 21 or over, have held a licence for at least 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.

All roles are subject to relevant DBS and security checks prior to employment.
