Job Title: Site Manager (passive fire)

Location: Nottingham
Contract: 6 months
Hours: Monday to Friday
Rate: up to £250 per day
Perks: Contract, plenty of overtime available

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s passive fire team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within Commercial upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the site in Nottingham, ensuring things are running smoothly, manage subcontractors

• Deliver high-quality solutions on site, managing a project of around 500k.

  Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• SMSTS

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience within passive fire industry
