An immediate requirement has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join a static site in Marlow on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be electrically biased and confident leading site activities, while also being prepared to undertake other trade work when required.

temp to perm – 49k once perm 

The role will involve overseeing day to day maintenance operations, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, and ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting on site engineering activities

• Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance

• Supporting other trade tasks when required

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

• Acting as a point of contact for site issues

Requirements:

• Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications

• Experience in a lead or senior engineer role preferred

• Willingness to undertake multi skilled trade work

• Previous experience in a commercial or FM environment

• Must be able to pass a basic DBS check
