Job Title: M&E Engineer

Location: Northampton
Contract: temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £26 per hour (CIS) Can be negotioble dependant on experience
Perks: Contract / Perm options available, plenty of overtime available

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well established client within the FM space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of works required across PPM and reactive Mechanical, AHU & FCU maintenance and repairs, experience of working in plant rooms.

• Deliver high-quality maintenance across the Commercial space, able to issue permits.

• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard, such as basic electrical.
  Manage sub contractors across the site, complete minor works & manage accordingly.

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L3 in Mechanical Engineering / plumbing / electrical

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
