The Vacancy

Social Housing Contractor has an exciting opportunity for a Roofer to join their Responsive Maintenance team. Based out of the Brixton office, you will be working on one of our key social housing contracts, delivering high-quality reactive maintenance services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out repair and renewal roofing works to a high standard

Communicate clearly and effectively with schedulers, residents, and your line manager

Adhere to all Health & Safety and safeguarding regulations

Stay informed of all technical and legal updates relevant to your trade

Collaborate with other operatives where necessary to complete jobs efficiently

Accurately complete job records and material usage via a PDA system

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds or Blue CSCS card in core trade

Full UK driving licence (essential)

Passion for roofing and a commitment to continuous learning

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple jobs effectively
