We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join a well-established team within a commercial building environment in Liverpool street. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and safe working practices at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical fault finding and diagnostics on building services and equipment

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial facilities

• Supporting mechanical maintenance tasks where required

• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety standards

• Responding to call-outs as part of a rota

Call-Out:

• 1 in 3 call-out rota

• £100 standby payment for being on call (additional payments as applicable)

Requirements:

• Strong electrical engineering background (electrical bias essential)

• Multi-skilled with mechanical competence

• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)

• Previous experience within a commercial building or FM environment preferred

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Salary: Up to £45,000
