Job Title: Electrician – Swadlincote

Location: South Derbyshire
Contract: minimum 5 months work, potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £24 per hour (CIS)

Build Recruitment are looking for experienced Electricians to join a leading Property Services provider based in Swadlincote, covering South Derbyshire.

The role will be working within the repairs and maintenance team, covering the surrounding Social Housing properties.

Key Responsibilities: 

Duties will include completing necessary electrical repairs and maintenance as per customer requirement, including remedials and upgrades.

Ensure all work is done to H & S standards.

Use of a PDA to log jobs.

Requirements:

18th edition, NVQ/C&G Level 3, 2391 or 2394/5, JIB gold card.

A DBS and Asbestos training is required for this role, which we can assist with.
