A leading repairs and maintenance contractor is currently seeking a Repairs Administrator to join their busy team based in Finsbury Park. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced repairs environment, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure repairs and maintenance works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:

Logging and scheduling reactive and planned repair works

Liaising with tenants, operatives, subcontractors, and clients

Updating internal systems with accurate job notes and completion details
-
Managing emails, calls, and appointment bookings
-
Supporting supervisors and contract managers with day-to-day admin tasks
-
Ensuring KPIs and service-level agreements are met
About You
-
Previous experience in a repairs, maintenance, or social housing environment is highly desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident using IT systems (repairs scheduling systems an advantage)

Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of work

Reliable, professional, and keen to secure a permanent position
