Our client, a leading social housing repairs contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Repairs Planner to join their busy operations team based in Hammersmith. This is a fully office-based role, offering stability and the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor in the social housing sector.
The Role:
As a Repairs Planner, you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day responsive repairs, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and completed within service level agreements.
Key responsibilities include:

Scheduling and managing responsive repair works

Liaising with residents, operatives, subcontractors, and clients

Monitoring job progress and resolving scheduling issues

Using housing repairs systems to raise, track, and close works

Ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance
Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Repairs Planner within social housing (essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience working with repairs scheduling systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment

Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
