Our client, a leading social housing repairs contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Repairs Planner to join their busy operations team based in Hammersmith. This is a fully office-based role, offering stability and the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor in the social housing sector.

The Role:

As a Repairs Planner, you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day responsive repairs, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and completed within service level agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and managing responsive repair works

  • Liaising with residents, operatives, subcontractors, and clients

  • Monitoring job progress and resolving scheduling issues

  • Using housing repairs systems to raise, track, and close works

  • Ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Repairs Planner within social housing (essential)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Experience working with repairs scheduling systems

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment

  • Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
