Labourer

Location: Bath
Start Date: 26th February
Duration: 10 weeks
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)

Job Overview

Build Recruitment are seeking a physically fit and reliable Labourer for a temporary role on a residential project in Bath. The project involves 53 flats within a 4-storey building, and the role will be heavily focused on manual handling and material distribution.

This is a physically demanding position with a high level of walking and stair use throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading deliveries of materials

• Carrying and distributing materials to individual flats across all floors

• Assisting trades as required

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Adhering to all site health & safety regulations

• General labouring duties as directed by site management

Requirements

• Physically capable of manual handling and repetitive lifting

• Comfortable working in a 4-storey building with frequent stair use

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred

• CSCS card preferred

Pay & Benefits

• £16.50 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)

• 40 hours per week

• 10-week contract
