Multi Trader – Social Housing

Location: Kingston
Salary: £38,000 per year Van & Fuel
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Contract: Permanent
Call-Out Rota: Required

Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading social housing contractor to recruit an experienced Multi Trader to cover the Kingston area.

Role Overview

You will be carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong all?round skill set and a customer-focused approach.

Key Trades Required

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• Plastering
• General maintenance duties

What’s on Offer

• £38,000 per annum
• Company van & fuel card provided
• Monday to Friday working hours (8am–5pm)
• Call-out rota with additional earning potential
• Long-term, stable work within social housing

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader
• Strong background in domestic or social housing repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and professionally in occupied homes
