Freelance Repairs and Breakdown Gas Engineer  – Cardiff

We are working with a maintenance property services company to recruit a self employed Gas Engineer in the South Wales area to do servicing in social housing properties for 6 months on a busy contract.

Paid per call out:

• £24 per call using company van 
• £26.50 using own van

You will have around 12 calls per day and expect to service 8-12 of those, allowing for no entries. You can also call the team for extra appointments if required.
 
 

A full UK driving license is required if you are using a work van.

Requirements:

• Good servicing experience
• Domestic Gas Engineer qualifications/ Gas Safe Card
• Cookers, Fires is essential
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Dealing with customers daily
• Oil – advantageous 
• G3 – advantageous
