Plasterer 

East London
 Permanent 40 hours per week
Salary: £38,687 Per Annum 

Build Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Plasterer to work on a permanent contract with a well-established local authority in East London.

This role will involve carrying out plastering works across void properties and reactive maintenance within council housing stock.

The Role:

• Plastering works on void and occupied council properties

• Reactive maintenance and repairs

• Working to a high standard while meeting council timescales

• Customer-facing role within social housing environments

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

• Experience working within social housing, voids, or maintenance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and customer service skills

Package & Benefits:

• Permanent contract

• 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

• 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

• Company van and fuel card provided
