Job Title: Site Manager – Kitchens & Bathrooms (Social Housing)

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment works within social housing properties across North London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term work with a well-established contractor operating within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on kitchens and bathrooms programmes

• Overseeing works in occupied social housing properties

• Coordinating subcontractors and direct labour to meet programme targets

• Ensuring works are completed to Decent Homes and client standards

• Maintaining high levels of health & safety compliance

• Managing resident liaison, addressing concerns professionally and promptly

• Carrying out quality inspections, snagging, and handovers

• Ordering materials and managing site logistics

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering kitchens and bathrooms projects within social housing

• Strong experience working in occupied environments

• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

• Good understanding of health & safety and social housing compliance

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence
