Static Multi-Skilled Engineer – St Paul’s, London

We are recruiting for a Static Multi-Skilled Engineer to work at a commercial site near St Paul’s.

Key responsibilities:

• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding

• General building services and fabric tasks

• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification

• Experience working in commercial building services or facilities management

• Able to work independently on a static site

Package:

• Salary up to £45,000 per annum

• Overtime available

• Stable static site with long-term opportunity
