Multi Trade Operative – Wiltshire 

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative who will provide a responsive maintenance service on social housing properties in Wiltshire in the following areas to name a few Wiltshire, Calne, Swindon, chippenham, Melksham and Corsham.

You will be dealing with customers, making them feel at ease and providing a top trades service fixing minor repairs to the correct standard. 
 

You will be on a temp contract paid at £22ph Umbrella CIS or PAYE. van and fuel card potentially. 

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• Going to various properties to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance work
• All aspects of maintenance work 
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your Supervisor

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Qualification in a trade would be advantageous

DBS and security checks will be carried out.
