The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area.

The Role

• Multi Trade Maintenance
• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Work safely in accordance with H&S
• Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving
   

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
