Social Housing Plumber – Wokingham
Permanent Role

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Plumber to work on a social housing contract in Wokingham.

Role details:

• Permanent position

• £38,000 per annum

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

• Van and fuel card provided

• Full permanent benefits package

Duties will include:

• Day-to-day plumbing maintenance

• Repairs and installations within occupied social housing properties

• Fault finding and remedial works

Requirements:

• Time-served plumber or relevant plumbing qualifications

• Previous experience within social housing preferred

• Full UK driving licence
