Social Housing Electrician – Eastleigh
Temp to Perm Opportunity

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Eastleigh.

Role details:

• Temp to perm position

• £26.00 per hour during the 12-week temporary period

• £40,600 per annum once permanent

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

• Van and fuel card provided

• Full permanent benefits package

Duties will include:

• Electrical testing

• Carrying out EICRs

• General electrical maintenance in occupied social housing properties

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician (relevant electrical qualifications essential)

• Previous social housing experience preferred

• Full UK driving licence
