Site Manager – External & Roofing Works
North London Temp to Perm Social Housing

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead external refurbishment and roofing schemes across occupied social housing in North London. This is a temp to perm opportunity with long-term workload and progression for the right person.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day delivery of roofing renewals, external repairs, scaffolding, brickwork and associated works

• Oversee subcontractors and in-house labour to ensure safe, high-quality delivery

• Maintain strong communication with residents, RLOs and the client team

• Monitor progress, quality, H&S compliance and ensure works are completed to programme

• Conduct pre- and post-inspection of properties and manage paperwork including RAMS and CPPs

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on social housing refurbishment schemes

• Strong background in roofing and external envelope works

• Confident managing occupied properties and resident liaison

• Up-to-date H&S qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS)

• Ability to deliver programmes efficiently and maintain excellent site standards
