Job Advert: Damp & Mould / Painter (Permanent Position)

Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role

Our client, a well-respected construction and maintenance contractor, is seeking a skilled Damp & Mould / Painter Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role with excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out damp and mould remedial works

• Preparing and painting internal and external surfaces

• Working in both occupied and void properties

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence

• Experience in damp and mould treatment
  Strong communication and customer service skills

• The ability to work independently and professionally on site
