Build Recruitment is looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to work on social housing properties in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who can deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance in occupied homes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
• Undertake additional multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is completed to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi-Trade in social housing or domestic settings.
• Own tools and transport.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
