A growing MEP Building Services Contractor in Bristol is seeking a skilled BIM Technician with strong Revit capability to join their dynamic design team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of building services projects across commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality MEP Revit models and coordinated BIM outputs.

• Work collaboratively with design engineers and external consultants.

• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows in line with company protocols.

• Assist in clash detection, coordination meetings, and model updates.

• Support the development of digital design processes within the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BIM Technician / Revit Technician within MEP or building services.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP essential).

• Understanding of industry BIM standards (BS/PAS 1192, ISO 19650).

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and service layouts.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
