Contract Support – Facilities Management
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000
Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking an organised and proactive Contract Support professional to join a major Facilities Management service provider in Central London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administration and coordination skills, and enjoys working closely with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative and contractual support to the FM team

Manage work orders, PPM scheduling, and reactive maintenance tasks

Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery

Produce reports, maintain compliance records, and support financial processes (POs, invoicing, WIP management)

Assist with contract documentation, audits, and operational KPIs
Skills & Experience:

Experience in a Contract Support/Facilities Coordinator/Administrator role within FM (preferred)

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication skills and customer-service mindset

Confident with MS Office and CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, CAFM, Maximo)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
