Repairs Administrator – Social Housing

Our client, a leading contractor within the social housing sector, is currently seeking a Repairs Administrator to join their team on a busy housing maintenance contract.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the repairs and maintenance team, ensuring residents receive an excellent service and all works are scheduled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Logging repairs and maintenance requests
-
Scheduling operatives and managing diaries
-
Liaising with residents, operatives, and subcontractors
-
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

Managing work orders from start to completion
-
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in repairs administration or social housing is highly desirable
-
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workloads effectively

IT literate with experience using scheduling or housing management systems (desirable)
