Foot Mobile Electrical FM Engineer
Permanent Up to £46,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Electrical FM Engineer to join our facilities team, covering a portfolio of 8 commercial buildings across London Zones 1 and 2.

What you’ll get:

• Salary up to £46,000, depending on experience

• Travel card covering Zones 1–2

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Supporting up to two sites per day within Zones 1 and 2

• Ensuring electrical systems and general building services are maintained to a high standard

What you’ll need:

• A recognised Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent)

• Strong experience in FM or building services

• A proactive, reliable approach and confidence working independently
