Salary                £24ph OR equivalent £37,000 PAYE rate

The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area. Initial 3X month fixed term contract, potential to go permanent. 

The Role

• Multi Trade Maintenance – Full bathroom rip out and installation
• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Work safely in accordance with H&S
• Bathroom fitting, plumbing, bathroom rip out, bathroom installation

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
