For the successful Contract Manager our client is offering:

£50,000 per annum (DOE)

Core Hours: Mon–Fri 8am – 5pm

The Role: Contract Manager
-
Overseeing contracts across multiple sites
-
Ensuring service delivery meets client requirements
-
Managing engineering teams and subcontractors
-
Full P&L accountability for portfolio of sites
-
Building and maintaining client relationships
-
Driving business growth within existing accounts
-
Overseeing staff onboarding, training, and development
-
Following health & safety regulations and company policies
What our client is looking for in a Contract Manager
-
3 years contract management experience ESSENTIAL
-
Level 4 qualification in related field ESSENTIAL
-
Strong leadership and team management skills ESSENTIAL
-
Experience managing multi-disciplined maintenance services ESSENTIAL
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills ESSENTIAL
-
IOSH Managing Safely (or similar) DESIRABLE
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office ESSENTIAL
-
Full UK Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
