Carpenter – Social Housing (Permanent)

Build Recruitment is partnering with a leading Housing Association to recruit an experienced Carpenter for reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties across Westminster.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry and general repairs.

• Complete day-to-day maintenance and void refurbishments.

• Work safely with power tools and liaise with tenants and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Joiner, or Multi-Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence – van and fuel card provided.

• NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent preferred.
