Construction and Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are in Eailing London. No Van provided, must have own tools. Painting, Mould Wash, Basic Electrics

The Role

• Multi Trade construction & maintenance
• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Work safely in accordance with H&S
• Painting, Mould Wash, Basic Electrics
   

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
