The Opportunity
Our client, an employee-owned building surveying and project management consultancy, operating in all sectors across the UK is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join the thriving and well-established London team. Recently awarded “Investors in People” Gold accreditation, which demonstrates that people are the most important asset.

As a key member of the team, you’ll gain direct exposure to clients, helping them to understand their aspirations and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including property agents, managing agents, solicitors, and other property professionals, allowing you to build a strong local and national network within the industry.
We’re looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in delivering construction and property projects through all the RIBA Stages and have a good understanding of statutory compliance, contract practice and client’s wider development needs, whether asset acquisition or disposals.
