Multi Trade Operative Required – Dorset – Void properties

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Dorset to work in void social housing properties.

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £34,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays.

You will work for 12 weeks through us as the agency then move onto a permanent contract with the contractor. 

Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work in void properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your supervisor
• Getting a property ready for the next tenant 
• Replacing kitchens and bathrooms
• Full renovations

Multi Trade Operative Requirements:

• Good multi trade experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
