Multi Trade Operative Required – Plymouth
 

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Plymouth to work on social housing properties doing all aspects of response maintenance work. Work patch will be Plymouth and surrounding area. 

This role is a temp to perm role so you will be working on a 3 month interim basis before being made permanent.

Salary once permanent: 34,000

Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your supervisor
• Speaking to customers and making them feel at ease

Multi Trade Operative Requirements:

• Good multi trade experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
