The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This contract is with local authorities within the Slough and surrounding area’s.  

The Role

• All Multi Trade works – Wet trades, Carpentry, Plumbing, Groundworks
• Changing taps, basic plumbing
• Changing door hands, basic carpentry
• Painting & decorating
• Patch plaster
• Fixing posts and fencing

Skills & Experience

• Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
• Relevant industry qualifications
