About the Role:

We are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join our team based at Sapphire House in Milton Keynes. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of daily work activities for a team of operatives, ensuring that workloads are balanced, emergencies are handled efficiently, and customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build on your planning or logistics experience in a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in supporting both our operatives on the ground and the residents we serve, helping to deliver a high-quality and efficient service every day.

Role Details:

  • Location: Milton Keynes (Sapphire House, office-based)

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Salary: £27,250 per annum, with progression opportunities available

  • Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently schedule and allocate daily work for up to 20 operatives, ensuring full and productive diaries

  • Manage emergency works and ensure response targets and KPIs are consistently met

  • Liaise with supervisors to arrange inspections and respond to variations as needed

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and clients, handling enquiries and issues professionally and promptly

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly workload allocation targets

  • Maintain accurate records and utilise scheduling systems effectively to monitor progress and performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or logistics role – ideally in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach

  • Excellent multitasking abilities and a calm, solutions-focused mindset when working under pressure

  • Good IT skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or CRM software

  • Experience within construction, housing, or property services is advantageous but not essential

  • A team player who is motivated, reliable, and committed to providing a high standard of service

If you’re someone who thrives in a structured role, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a supportive and driven team, we would love to hear from you.
