Multi Trade Operative Required – Barnstaple

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Barnstaple area to work on planned works projects including, schools, hospitals, social housing and other council buildings. 
 

This is a really exciting temporary to permanent opportunity with a salary of £34-36,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 21 days holiday bank holidays.

Multi Trade Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of multi trade work on internal and external building work
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Carpentry, masonry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
• Refurbishment projects
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your supervisor

Multi Trade Operative Requirements:

• Good multi trade experience 
• Carpentry or Masonry background would be beneficial
• Good all round tradesman
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
