Job Title: Contract Support Administrator
Location: Cambridge
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Build Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Support Administrator to join the Facilities Management (FM) contract team supporting a Government Contract.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support for the FM contract.

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.

Liaise with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate records and contract-related data.

Support the team with invoicing, purchase orders, and general office administration.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities management or a related sector.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
-
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
-
Must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid DBS and BPSS clearance.
