Stock Condition Surveyor 

Cornwall

Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £26 – £30 per hour

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Stock Condition Surveyors based in Cornwall.  

 

Day to Day duties of the Stock Condition Surveyor 

  • Carry out Stock Condition Surveys in social housing properties 
  • Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements. 
  • Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. 
  • Carry out HHSRS evaluations  
  • Record and update survey data in the asset management system. 

 

 

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):  

  • Have experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys. 
  • Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying  
  • Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
