Revit/BIM Technician 

£37,500 (starting salary)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Revit/BIM Technician to join a consultancy based on the outskirts of Redruth. My client who is a Building Services Client provides full MEP Building Services across a variety of sectors including Healthcare, MOD, MOJ, Commercial and Industrial sector. With an already huge project pipeline if you are a Revit/BIM technician and are looking for a change this could be the role for you

The role:- 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Autodesk Revit and a sound understanding of BIM workflows. You will be responsible for producing accurate and high-quality Revit models and technical drawings in support of project delivery across various sectors. You will also:- 

• Create and manage detailed Revit models for MEP projects

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation

• Coordinate Revit models with external consultants and internal project teams

• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and internal/Client BIM standards

• Support BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processes

•Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and company standards

The requirements:- 

• Proven experience as a Revit Technician in a UK-based architectural or engineering practice

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods

• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with an excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Good communication and team collaboration abilities

Desirable:

• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or other BIM software
