We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a labourer / maintenance assitant based in Richmond.

Day to Day for labourer:

• Working alongside other tradesman (plumbers/carpenters) helping to assist on reactive maintenance jobs in domestic council properties.
• Supporting operatives by collecting materials and helping with general work load
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA 
• 36 hours per week Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a maintenance assistant or labourer or skilled labourer or operative or multi skilled operative or multi trade operative or multi trader or carpenter or joiner or UPVC specialist or plumber or plumber multi trader or plasterer or plasterer multi trader or bricklayer multi trader or brickwork or multi trade operative or multi skilled operative or maintenance operative or handyman with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD (Minstry of defense).
