We are currently looking for experienced Painters to join a leading contractor working on social housing properties across Lambeth. This role involves general painting duties with a focus on treating and redecorating areas affected by damp and mould.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)

• Location: Lambeth and surrounding areas

• Start Date: ASAP

• Contract Type: Ongoing

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided

Responsibilities:

• Carry out high-quality painting and decorating works in occupied and void properties

• Treat areas affected by damp and mould, including anti-mould washes and stain blocking

• Repaint affected walls and ceilings to a professional finish

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing

• Knowledge of damp and mould treatment methods

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Own painting tools

• CSCS card (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
