Electrician

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Electrician for maintenance work within a very large multi-tenanted property near Covent Garden.

Hours: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Carry out electrical repairs and planned maintenance in covering a large commercial property
• Undertake fault finding and ensure all work complies with current regulations
• Record all jobs and tasks using the PDA system
• Follow Health & Safety policies; use provided PPE

About you as the Electrician:

• Experienced Electrician with proven commercial and domestic maintenance experience
• Recognised electrical qualifications (Level 3 and 18th Edition)
• Full UK Driving Licence
