Job Title: Plumber Multi-Trade – Westminster

£21.40 per hour (CIS)

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to carry out reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties across Westminster.

Role Overview:

• Day-to-day plumbing repairs including leaks, pipework, toilets, taps

• Minor multi-trade tasks: patch plastering, tiling, silicone work, basic carpentry

• Responsive repairs in occupied properties

• Problem-solving and first-time fixes where possible

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent (preferred)

• Experience in social housing/domestic maintenance

• Basic multi-trade skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Own hand tools
