The Company

Social Housing specialist – The Disrepair Team in Property Services are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team. The focus will be on high-quality work, outstanding customer service and a right-first-time attitude.

The  Role

• Repair & Replacement of baths
• Carpentry repairs such as fitting fire / internal doors
• Repair sash windows
• Patch plaster
• Bathroom Repairs
• Using a PDA device
• Liaising with tenants

Skills & Experience

• NVQ Level 2 (Preferred)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Strong Social Skills

• Temp to Perm opportunity
• Company Van & Fuel Car
• Local work
