The Company

Housing Maintenance & Construction Specialist, carrying out multi trade works in a professional manner. Contracts are Basildon & surround area’s. Multi Trade property maintenance carpentry works.

The Role

• Hanging doors
• Fixing skirting
• All related carpentry maintenance works
• Minor wet trades / plumbing

Skills & Experience

• Level 2 NVQ (REQUIRED)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
• Relevant industry qualifications

• 26 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
