HVAC Engineer – Shopping Centre – Temp to Perm

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer for a static role within a busy shopping centre. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start.

The position offers £25 per hour (umbrella) during the temporary phase, moving to a permanent salary of £45,000 per year.

Hours: Monday to Friday, either 06:00–14:30 or 09:30–18:00, with flexibility and overtime available.

Key duties include:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

• Reactive maintenance and fault finding

• Ensuring all HVAC systems (heating, ventilation & air conditioning) are running efficiently and safely

• Supporting site operations and maintaining compliance with industry standards
