The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Research markets and trends to target new sectors and opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain an active pipeline and deliver regular reports on progress.

About You

• Proven experience in business development, ideally within office interiors, design & build, furniture procurement, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A natural networker with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• Confident influencing and presenting at senior level.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
