The Company

Own & manage 11,000+ homes across Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Hillingdon and Spelthorne. Taking care of family homes, carrying out all maintenance works from carpentry to plumbing to wet trades and electrics.

The Role – Qualified within Plumbing OR Carpentry

• Carpentry – Maintenance – Hanging doors, fixing skirting, changing handles
• Plumbing – Maintenance – Fitting Taps, Fixing Leaks, Drainage, Bathroom Fitting
• Wet Trades – Patch Plaster, Painting Decorating

Skills & Experience

• NVQ Plumbing or Carpentry
• Full UK Drivers License
• 2+ Years property maintenance experience
• Ability to be self-efficient
